Orders.

Orders outside of UK mainland must contact us to check availabilty to dispatch goods, please note that until you have received confirmation from us no offer of sale will have been made.

Quality Guarantee / Refunds.

Damaged goods

All of our products are hand inspected for any damage or blemishes before being dispatched. In the unlikely event that a product is received with a defect then we must be notified within 7 days of receipt. Please keep all original packaging for returning the product and we will arrange a replacement item or refund to be issued according to your requirements. Please note this does not include damage or defect caused by accident, misuse or neglect.

Returning unwanted goods

If an item received is no longer needed then it must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. The item must be returned in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. If an item is deemed second hand then a refundable offer will be made.

Delivery.

Delivery time scale

We aim to dispatch all items by the next business day. Most orders are received in a further 3-5 working days inlcuding Saturday. However we cannot be held responsible for factors out of our control such as postal strikes or exact delivery times. Please note that during busy periods there may be a delay in the despatch of items, if so you will be contacted.

Free delivery

This is available for UK mainland only. For deliveries outside this area please contact us for availability and price.

Non deliveries

In the unlikely event that your delivery has not reached you within 7-10 working days then please contact us immediately to inform us so we can work together to resolve the issue.

Out of Stock

If there is a problem with stock then you will be contacted and advised accordingly

Although every effort is made to represent our products as best we can. The images may not give a true representation as lighting or certain conditions may affect their appearance. All urns are handmade and finished, due to this all weights and sizes are approximate. Products listed are subject to change without notice however we will attempt to advise you as accurately as possible. Items pictured are not to scale. Any products or services described on this website does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time.

We do our best to keep information on the website up to date such as products and services. However occasionally the information may be inaccurate or out of date. We cannot be held responsible for the correctness or accuracy of any information on this website. We reserve the right to make changes to information, products and availability without prior notice, also the right to limit order quantity on any product or service and/or refuse service to any customer.
